General Rules for Sports Club

1. Membership: Individuals interested in joining the sports club must apply for membership and adhere to the club's membership requirements, including payment of dues and adherence to the club's code of conduct. These following terms will be applied to become club member:

a. Membership Application: Prospective members must apply for membership in the club.

b. Membership Fee: Upon approval, new members are required to pay a non-refundable membership fee of $2000 USD. The new member application approval time 30 to 60 business days.

c. The membership remains valid until the club goes out of business or shuts down for any reason. This clause ensures that members can enjoy the benefits of their membership unless the club ceases operations.

d. Club Access: Once the members are approved & fee is paid, Only the members will have full access to all the games and facilities offered by the club.

e. Payment Options: Only club members can access our facility & pay for hourly games either online or at the club.

f. The club doesn't allow guests access to the game room; only members are permitted entry. This is a standard policy that ensures exclusive access for members and maintains the privacy and comfort of the club's facilities.

2. Code of Conduct: All members must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fair play, respect for opponents, teammates, officials, and the facilities, as well as good sportsmanship at all times.

3. Safety: The sports club is committed to providing a safe environment for all participants. Members are expected to comply with safety guidelines, use appropriate safety equipment, and report any unsafe conditions to club officials.

4. Training and Coaching: The club will provide training and coaching opportunities for members, led by qualified coaches and instructors. Members are expected to attend training sessions as required and follow the guidance of the coaching staff.

5. Facilities and Equipment: Members are responsible for the proper use and care of club facilities and equipment. Any damage or misuse of facilities and equipment must be reported to club officials immediately.

6. Competitions and Events: Members interested in representing the club in competitions and events must adhere to the rules and regulations of the respective governing bodies and represent the club in a positive manner.

7. Disciplinary Procedures: The club reserves the right to take disciplinary action against members who violate the club's rules and code of conduct. This may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the club, depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Anti-Discrimination Policy: The sports club is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members, regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or ability. Discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
